The Insurance Fraud Prevention Division of the Nebraska Department of Insurance received information from brokers regarding a scam involving a California-based company targeting unsuspected victims nationwide. An investigation has begun and Nebraskans are asked to contact the division if they have had contacts similar to the following description.
