Stat. §§44-6122 through 44-6143, the Mutual Insurance Holding Company Act, to consider the Plan of Reorganization ("Plan") adopted by the Board of Directors of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company ("Mutual of Omaha") on March 6, 2025, and filed with the Director on June 18, 2025.
