Medicare open enrollment runs October 15 – December 7 of each year. During this time you are able to make changes to your Medicare, which may include:

Changing from one Part D plan into another

Changing from one Medicare Advantage plan into another

Changing from Original Medicare to Medicare Advantage

Or, changing from Medicare Advantage to Original Medicare
You are invited to have a conversation with a Nebraska SHIP & SMP representative, via our partner office VAS (Volunteer Assisting Seniors), to determine your options for 2027.
