NOTICE: New Guidance Document on Suspension of Remote Testing Sites for Agent Licensing

The Department is issuing this Guidance Document to notify resident producers, prospective resident producers, insurance companies and any prospective candidate seeking licensure to become an insurance producer of an immediate change to the process for insurance producer examination in Nebraska. 

Effective immediately, testing will only be allowed at physical testing sites. Remote tests that have been scheduled as of the date of the Guidance Document will be honored, however, going forward, remote testing is no longer allowed.

The Department regrets any inconvenience this may cause for those who had planned on utilizing remote testing. 

Nebraska has the following thirteen physical testing locations:

Omaha

  • 7011 Hascall Street

  • 4843 L Street, Located in the H&R Block office

  • 12916 Millard Airport Plaza

  • 6001 Dodge Street, Located in UNO’s Kayser Hall – Room 522

  • 5300 N 30th Street Bldg 23 Room 31, Located in Metropolitan Community College

    Lincoln

  • 2637 O Street, Located in the H&R Block office

  • 8800 O Street, Located in Southeast Community College

  • 1055 West Bond Street

     

    Norfolk - 4200 West Norfolk Avenue

    Grand Island – 504 North Diers Avenue

    North Platte - 1101 Halligan Drive Rm 205, Located in Mid-Plains Community College

    Sidney - 371 College Drive, Located in Western NE Community College

    Scottsbluff - 2620 College Park, Located in the Harms Advanced Technology Building
