NIPR services will be unavailable beginning 7pm on 01/15/2010 through 7am 01/19/2010.
Beginning on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 7 pm Central Time and extending to Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7 am NIPR and NAIC will begin a long weekend of system and hardware upgrades to modernize, expand and enhance the performance and quality of our services.
During this time all NIPR services will be unavailable.
We encourage our users to complete transactions, run reports or complete any other NIPR service prior to the January 15th date.
Transactions submitted, other than through FTP, after 7 pm, January 15th will be rejected, and must be resubmitted after 7 am January 19th. Those transactions submitted by FTP will be held and processed once application functions are returned
We will be back up and running on January 19th at 7 am central time. At that time, please report any application or data problem to the NAIC Help Desk or to NIPR Customer Service.
