The Director of the Department of Insurance has scheduled a public hearing as required by Administrative Procedure Act, Neb.Rev.Stat. §84-90 I to §84-920 for the proposed amendment of Title 210. Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 36, REGULATION TO IMPLEMENT THE MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE MINIMUM STANDARDS ACT.
