Notice of Hearing – Proposed Rate Adjustment of the Nebraska Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool Premium Rates

The Director of the State of Nebraska Department of Insurance has scheduled a public hearing as required by Neb. Rev. Stat. §44-4227 on a proposed rate adjustment of the Nebraska Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool premium rates. The purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for public comment on the proposed rate adjustment.
All interested persons will be granted an opportunity to present their views on the rate adjustment, which is to be held before the Director of Insurance, or his designee, beginning at 10:00 a.m., November 17, 2016, and will continue until concluded. Said hearing will be held at the Nebraska Department of Insurance, Terminal Building, 941 0 Street, 5th Floor Conference Room, Lincoln, Nebraska. All persons interested herein may appear at said time and be heard in reference thereto.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided to disabled persons upon request. The hearing will be transcribed at the request of any party at the expense of the transcription charged to the requesting party.
