Notice of Hearing – Hospital Liability Surcharge Determination for the Year 2018

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Nebraska Hospital-Medical Liability Act, the Nebraska Department of Insurance will conduct a public hearing concerning the surcharge contribution rates of qualified health care providers to the Nebraska Excess Liability Fund for the year 2018.
