On May 24, 2018, Bruce Ramge, Director of the Nebraska Department of Insurance, issued an order demanding Proactive Indemnity Corporation, AKA Proactive Financial Corp., AKA Contingent Cargo.Co, and Josh Capello immediately cease and desist all insurance activities in the State of Nebraska.
