As you approach Medicare eligibility, you will soon realize the complexities and confusion that often come with the Medicare program.  Medicare is a program that is made up of ever-changing parts, countless dates, and specific rules depending on your situation.  Because of the complexity of the program, many newly-eligible individuals find themselves lost in a Medicare maze.  One wrong turn can end up delaying your coverage or even preventing enrollment to certain parts of Medicare.

Medicare.gov is the official Medicare website and the most complete source of Medicare information available to the public. This hands-on computer class familiarizes you with information available and site navigation.

Learn How To:

  • Enroll in Medicare
  • Find out what services Medicare covers
  • Compare and enroll in Part D Drug or Part C Advantage plans
  • Find doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and more

You should have a basic familiarity with computers before taking this class. Event is free and open to people with (or soon to get) Medicare, their caregivers, and health care professionals.
